Workshop Title:               Theatrical Hats

Duration of Workshop:       3 - 5 days

 

Workshop summary

This course will encourage you to take hats away from their functional role to creations that will take centre stage. Whilst the course will touch on basic hat making techniques, you will be encouraged to be more creative and experimental with shapes, materials and themes. You may either choose to select a specific theme to work to or simply allow the materials you are using to be the inspiration for your final creations.

 

Participants

Suitable for Secondary school students and adults.

All levels of experience welcome in this class, however basic machine sewing skills needed.
